Academic Policies
Promotion is by grade and
is not automatic. A student must accumulate a minimum number of
credits before being promoted to the next grade. In order to pass
from Freshman to Sophomore grade a student must earn 10 credits.
To pass from Sophomore to Junior grade a student must earn 20
credits. To pass from Junior to Senior grade a student must earn
30 credits. To graduate a student must earn at least 40 credits
and fulfill all other requirements mandated by the Department
of Education.

Examination Requirements: Dependent upon year of
entry into ninth grade.
Report Cards
Report cards are issued three times a term. The
final grade which a pupil receives in a subject class at the end
of the term represents the teacher's evaluation of the pupil's
work for the entire term. The final grade is cumulative and will
reflect the grades given on the first and second report cards.
